Built by someone who's done the admin himself
TwoBridges.ai is run by René Chapman from Newport in South Wales. Thirty-five years in commercial catering came first, kitchens, front of house, wholesale food buying and selling, which is where the appetite for killing off pointless paperwork came from.
The same automation work runs through both sector brands: hospitality and catering through On The Pass Consultancy, and field service and trades through TorquePlan.

How long does an automation project take?+
It depends on the job. Because we start with one process rather than a whole programme, a first working tool is usually weeks rather than months. We give you a realistic timescale after the free consultation, not before it.
Will this replace my staff?+
That's not what we build. We automate the repetitive admin nobody was hired for, so the people you already have spend their time on the work that needs a person. If your goal is cutting headcount, we're probably not the right consultancy.
Do I need to change the software I already use?+
Usually not. We build around what you already have. If something genuinely needs replacing we'll say so and explain why, but that's the exception.
What does it cost?+
Free initial consultation. Build cost depends on scope and we quote before any commitment. We'd rather build one thing that pays for itself than sell you a package you half use.
What happens to my data?+
Your data stays yours. We keep each client's data separate, we're clear about what's used and why, and we'll never do anything with your information you haven't agreed to. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle it.
Is there anything you won't automate?+
Yes, and we're upfront about it. Work where being wrong is expensive and hard to spot, the parts customers value because a person did them, and any process that's already broken.
