This site sets no advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We store your cookie choice on your own device. Our newsletter provider may set its own cookies if you use the signup form. If you use the chat assistant, your browser also holds that conversation on your device.
When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we save it in your browser’s local storage under the key tb-cookie-consent so we don’t ask you again. This stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.
When you send a message to the chat assistant, your browser keeps the conversation on your own device, in session storage, under four items: tbc_cid, a reference for the conversation, tbc_msgs, the messages themselves, tbc_turns, a count of how many messages have been exchanged, and tbc_tok, a key that tells our server this is your conversation and not someone else’s. The conversation is sent back to our server with each new message, together with the address of the page you are on, so the assistant can follow the thread as you move around the site. This means anything you type into the chat, including your name, email address or phone number, is held on the device you are using until the tab is closed. Most browsers clear these items when you close the tab, but some restore them after a restart or a crash, and some copy them into a duplicated tab, so on a shared or public computer close the tab or clear your browsing data when you have finished. What happens to your messages on our side, and how long we keep them, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our Your AI Briefing signup form is provided by MailerLite, our email marketing provider. When you interact with or submit that form, MailerLite may set its own cookies to process your subscription and to guard against spam. These are governed by MailerLite’s own privacy and cookie policy. If you do not use the signup form, these cookies are not set.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are read and how people find us. It only loads if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, or switch Analytics on under “Preferences”. Nothing is measured until you do. If you later withdraw consent we stop collecting and delete these cookies. When active it sets two cookies on your device, _ga and _ga_2S1H5JBXGD, used to count visits and sessions. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. We do not use this data for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing the cookies in your browser.
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your preference at any time. You can also clear the stored preference through your browser settings.
